If you had an iPhone and had Gratitude, then yes. I don't have an Android version...but am working on trying to get funding so I can build one!

The login details you use in the new version have to be an exact match to what you used in the old one. If they aren't, you won't get the import window. Try deleting your account and creating a new one with different log in details. I can't tell you what you used in the old app because it's encrypted.

I'm sorry to hear this. Try logging out again. Try reinstalling the app. Or maybe you had two accounts? I'm not sure what to suggest as trouble shooting without knowing every exact step you took is really hard. Keep trying. I know others who had this issue sorted it out. But I'm not sure what they did!
