I'm so sorry to hear this! And how odd...I'm not getting any other reports. Have you tried closing the app completely and reopening it? Does that work? Or reinstalling it?

Thanks for your message. Create a new account (Sign up) with the new Gratitude app and use the same details you used in the old app. When you do this, an import window will appear. If you don't get the import window, the login details don't match. So log out and try again.

I'm sorry about this. You're using the new iPhone X, right? I'm working on all the fixes for that phone right now. I hope to release next week...along with other improvements.

1. view the entry

2. tap the pencil to edit

3. make changes then hit the green button at the top right

4. view quote and close quote

Hello - I answered your question in the other post, but i'll write here as well incase others see this. It can be that many others are using the app at the same time. Please close it and try again after 10-20 minutes. If it's still an issue, let me know so I can dig deeper.

No, you won't lose your data. Sometimes the servers get busy too...so it doesn't open. If you come back to it later, it works...but every few weeks I get this and it turns out that I'm using the app the same time as many others.
