I downloaded the new app and followed the instructions to bring in my entries from the old one, however that has not happened, any suggestions ?
Try logging out and back in again...
Tried that and it says I have no entries to fix... anything else I can try? 🤷🏻♀️😁
I'm sorry to hear this. Try logging out again. Try reinstalling the app. Or maybe you had two accounts? I'm not sure what to suggest as trouble shooting without knowing every exact step you took is really hard. Keep trying. I know others who had this issue sorted it out. But I'm not sure what they did!
