I'm sorry to hear this! How long has it been since you used Gratitude? If it's been before 2015, your entries won't be there. They were saved on your phone at that time. And when you deleted your app, your entries deleted too. In late 2015 I introduced the login feature so your entries were stored in the cloud. If it was after 2015, then it's a matter of matching your login details. 


Sometimes there's a typo in the email address that you used in the original Gratitude. Unfortunately, it's nearly impossible for me to look up your login details, I'm afraid.

Go to settings --> email --> and enter a new email address.

You can do that now. Go to Settings and select "Export to PDF". This creates a pdf that you can email to yourself and print. 


Eventually I'll integrate the ability to order a printed copy of your journal...nicely laid out and gorgeous cover.

Oh shoot! I'm so sorry to hear about this. If you imported, then deleted your account, you deleted all your entries, I'm afraid. That's why I make you type in the word "DELETE" to confirm you want to do this. I'm so sorry!!!

Thanks for your message. Mojo is a whole new app...not an update. So yes, you pay for it. Just like you pay for another meal in a restaurant or another shirt at a shop. Also, it's so darn cheap! You can't even buy a notebook for that price.

I'm sorry to hear this! What version are you using? Go to Settings --> About to see the version number. There was a bug with the import but it was fixed many versions ago... I hope...

Thanks - I tested it 5 times and never was able to repeat the issue. The app opens every single time. 


Try deleting and reinstalling?
