I'm sorry about your mom. Please keep writing...when my dad passed away I thought I was going to die....that's when I discovered gratitude and it changed my life...so please, keep trying to find the good in each day!

Old data is hard to keep consistent with new technology. So if it's really old, it just might not be in a state what works with the latest and greatest...it's a bit like trying to get Model T wheels to work on a new Maserati....in the day, those wheels were amazing because it was all new and stuff...but now we moved on so much, they just don't fit anymore.

What are you trying to fix? Did your entries not all import? If that is the case, you most likely have 2 logins...so try logging out and creating a new account with different login details. Your login details have to match to the old app.

Thanks for letting me know. Can you tell me what kind of device and iOS you're using? This will be helpful. My iPhone 7 Plus + iOS11 work great...but you might be using something different and I'd love to know so I can resolve these issues.
