I'm sorry to hear this. Did you get the import pop-up? If not, then the new account details aren't the same you used in the old Gratitude app. Log out and create a new account again with different login details.

Sorry this help forum isn't up to your approval. I've shopped around and the options aren't a home run yet, but I'm working on it! :)


You just tap the "Back" button and it saves. I'll change it to the word "Done" to make it more obvious

If it was a simple fix, I would have done it. :) Unfortunately, Apple, Facebook and Twitter restrict what is shared...and photos is one of those things. I'm trying to find work arounds, but it's not that straight forward. le sigh...

I'm sorry to hear this! Apple handles all the money and downloads, so you'll have to contact them unfortunately. Look for your confirmation email from them with a link. Any problems, let me know.

When you compose and entry, you'll see a "Calendar" button on the toolbar above the keypad. This lets you change the date of the entry. Any problems, let me know!


PS: I used to work night shifts...and I applaud you!!

Your entries are stored in the cloud, so if you delete the app, your entries will still be there. Just log in using the same details as before.
