App doesn't open

Thanks - I tested it 5 times and never was able to repeat the issue. The app opens every single time. 

Try deleting and reinstalling?

if I do this will I lose my data?

No, you won't lose your data. Sometimes the servers get busy too...so it doesn't open. If you come back to it later, it works...but every few weeks I get this and it turns out that I'm using the app the same time as many others. 

Let me know if it's still a problem so I can dig deeper if need being, ok?
