Thanks for your questions. The opportunity to just "get your entries" is not available. But for a couple of bucks, you can download the app, import them, then export them to PDF.


If that isn't an option for you, that's fine. I will be deleting all the old entries the end of this year so you don't have to worry!

Several years ago entries were stored on your phone. The old app only has entries as far back as 2015. If you create a new account in the new Gratitude app using the same details you used in the old Gratitude app, you can import any entries that were saved in the cloud. So "sign up", not "log in"...and use the exact same details. Then you can import.

I'm guessing you went into Settings to turn it off? That works for me. Is your app up to date? Make sure you download the latest updates all the time. Otherwise, I'm not sure what to suggest. I'll keep looking into it!

Thanks for your message. After creating your account in the new app (tap "NEW ACCOUNT") then the Import window will appear. If it doesn't appear, the details you used to create your new account don't match the details you used in the old Gratitude app. Log out and try again. The login details must match in order for the system to know what entries are yours.

Thanks for your message. If you didn't get the import screen, then the login details didn't match the ones you used in the old app. You can log out and try again... or you can ask Apple for a refund.
