Marina - It sounds like the login details you used in the new app don't match those of the old app. When they match, the "Import" window automatically appears and you can import your journal entries. Please try logging out and create a NEW account with the exact same details that you used in the old app.

Have you tried all of these:

1. close the app completely and reopen

2. delete the app and reinstall it

3. make sure you have the right login details...often people have 2 accounts and don't know it!

Try those and let me know how you get on.

You're doing nothing wrong...EVER....ok? It doesn't work off line for a lot of technical reasons that I won't bore you with. In a nutshell, it's not that cut and dry. It's quite challenging to do with apps. So I won't be adding it in for the time being (sorry!)...not until I build up a team that rocks my socks off.
