Lost gratitude entries
Hi Carla, love the app!
I downloaded the new app and said yes to transferring all my previous entries. They never appeared... I have deleted and added again as per some info on the forum , but still nothing.
The verision now is 1.7.1?
Please help... thank you :)

Oh shoot! I'm so sorry to hear about this. If you imported, then deleted your account, you deleted all your entries, I'm afraid. That's why I make you type in the word "DELETE" to confirm you want to do this. I'm so sorry!!!

Sorry! No I didn't delete! I moved to the new app and it allowed me sign in as normal. With my old email and password. But none of my entries are there? :) I didn't delete...? But still not transferred over? Can you help!

So you didn't create a NEW account first? I'm really confused. The app doesn't let you just log in without creating a new account. Someone created an account with your login details then, if that's the case.

Hey... thanks for coming back to me again... I used the same email and password .. didn't ask me to create a new one?
Should I start over? And then they might come over to the new app?
I'm not sure what to suggest, honestly. As I don't quite understand how all of this happened to begin with. Users must create an account first. You can try deleting and creating a new one. I'm not sure what will happen as I don't know how you got here to begin with.
