I've tried several times to bring up the import screens using the email address for the old app. Nothing seems to work. I've deleted the app and restarted. The old app won't let me access old settings to verify. What can I do?
Since the most recent IOS update, my app does not work well. It duplicates responses and I spend most of my time erasing the duplicates and have finally had to download another app. This is frustrating because I’ve used this app for a while with no issues and purchased it in itunes. Please help!
Occasionally I have an entry just disappear. For example, I know for a fact I journaled yesterday and went through the steps to save. I even saw the pics saved on my home screen but today when I opened the app, it was just gone
Have tried numerous times to use the “forgot my password” function to no avail. The screen goes grey and does not allow for any movement. In addition, there is no email to my account that acknowledges a new password being sent. Please assist.
