Hey there!

Wondering if it is it possible to purchase a bulk order of apps for my family. I made a gratitude jar that I’m going to give them for Christmas, and would like to send them the app as well. I love this app!! I have five years of priceless entries and it’s life changing. I want to share it with them. 

I’m thinking like 5, 10, or 20...

I am also losing entries. Doesn't matter if they have pictures or not. They disappear. I'm really trying to do a 30 day stretch and I've been faithful but the app has not been.

Yes, I wait for the spinning to stop & for the "x" to appear. But they are just gone. This week both Wednesday AND Thursday disappeared. 

What's up with that?

And really, I love the new app. Much better than the old one.  

it’s a wonderful app but very glitchy, keeps freezing on my 2nd comment everyday the same then I have to restart it and edit it 

Can a user enter personalized prompts to focus on certain aspects of gratitude?

When I set up my new acct it said there was info to export from my old acct. However the info did not appear. I tried doing a separate export for a short timeframe and nothing by came up. I tried logging out and lost going back in and that didn’t work either. My old entries had pics and entries. If I delete the new acct and start over would that work or will it delete the old entries (that aren’t visible). 

I select a photo to upload and app appears to do it but it doesn’t appear. Instead in the space for a photo is a white box with X (close window icon)   Also I’ve never been able to upload my previous entries from old app. 

Hello, I have followed the instructions to export all my entries to a PDF but it's not working. I just get the circle of dots looking like something is happening but they stay for ages and nothing happens. Please can you help me export the entries?
