Can't save entry, app closes automatically without posting

Thanks for letting me know. I have a few questions:

1. Does this happen every time?
2. If so, do you have text and photo?
3. At what point does it close? When you hit "save" or before then?
4. What version of the app are you using?
5. What is your device?

It sounds like a memory issue, but I'm not sure....

Thanks for coming back. My response to your questions:

1) yes, I tried many times before I make some changes

2) I did have text and photos and after I deleted the photos, then the text can be posted without app closing

3) when I hit the green arrow which I believe is to post my entries, saving wasn't an issue

4) it's the new gratitude app which I paid for

5) I'm using iPhone 6 s plus, iOS 10.3.2

What version of Gratitude are you using? Go to Settings -> About and you will see the version number.

It's 1.7.2

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the Gratitude app? Your entries will still be there.
