Can't access my account any more.

Thanks for your message. The 4 number code is to passcode protect your account so no one can view your journal. The password is to log into your account database. They are 2 different things. Everyone needs a password, but not everyone uses a passcode. I hope this makes sense!

Thanks for your reply. Your system doesn't recognize either of my emails to reset my password. How am I supposed to login and get my data?  I am concerned my data is lost and/ or not safe.  How do I get access?

You have to create an account first...have you done that? So "Sign Up" first...
