App crashes - export to pdf

I’m trying to Export my data and the app keeps crashing. Is there anyway to fix this issue ? Thanks!

Hi Jess - Sorry to be replying now. I moved Customer service and didn't get this message until now.

Please try a smaller date range with your export. Narrow it down by months and you'll have better success.
